Our customer service goal is very basic: you get what you want, or you get your money back. If it ends up being a nib preference issue, as opposed to a defect, and you've inked the pen, we'll refund 75%. If it bothers you, it bothers us, and we will work tirelessly to make sure you are satisfied.
