Manufacturer and Year Mabie Todd & Co. New York -- circa 1920s or earlier
Length 5-7/16".

Color Black hard rubber with a clip that we think is nickle.
Nib Italic cut soft 14k nib with over-feed and under-feed. See our writing sample below.
Condition Very nice condition except for some tool marks on the section. There is enough handwear to dull the finish somewhat, but the imprint is quite good. The clip is turning dark and has a small bit of rust that can be seen on the picture below. No cracks or personalization. It's fully restored and working well.
The overfeed does not line up squarely with the nib, though our nib close-up photo exagerrates this. This thin piece of hard rubber can be fragile, so we did not attempt to adjust it. It can probably be removed and heat set, but we found the nib wrote well, and so we did not attempt this.
