Product Description
Type Fountain Pen
Product Name Unknown. Very similar to the 94A model that we've had before, but the military-style clip is slightly different (inscribed "Moore").
Manufacturer and Year The Moore Pen Co., Boston, Mass., USA - 1940s
Length Just barely over 5".
Filling System Lever filler. We replaced the sac and it's working perfectly.
Color Striated gray with gold plated trim. Two thin cap bands.
Nib FINE semi-flexible nib is marked Moore Maniflex. It's in good condition, with nice tipping. The line varies from a fine to a small broad with some pressure.
Condition Very nice condition. Slight brassing on clip, more on lever, and most on cap rings. There are some light scratches on the cap and barrel and a few larger ones at the ends. The clip is tight and straight and there is no gap between the ball and the cap. No cracks or chips. It's working well after our restoration, and it still looks quite nice.
