Product Description
Type Lever filled fountain pen with nicely flexible nib
Product Name Paramount according to the cap imprint.
Manufacturer and Year Paramount may have been a Wahl sub-brand according to rumor. Circa 1920's.
Length A little under 5-1/4"
Filling System Lever filler, restored here at PSP with a new sac.
Color Mottled red hard rubber, silver colored trim, perhaps nickel plated.
Nib Medium-Fine flexible Warranted 14K nib. Flexes to double broad. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent, though there is a tight and stable crack in the threads (see photo). The pen has a long section where most people will grip, so normal writing will not put pressure on the crack. Very smooth with even color. Light average handwear.
