Product Name Parker 45.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA -- 1970s, based off of the cap tassie.

Filling System Fountain pen takes Parker cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included squeeze converter.
Color Dark green body with flighter (brushed steel) cap, chrome plated trim, an arrow clip, and a dimpled cap tassie. The pen is quite dark but wouldn't be mistaken for black in hand.
Nib MEDIUM steel nib made in USA. It writes smoothly and has a large amount of tipping material. The nib is like new. The nib collar says M for fine.
Condition Superior condition. There aren't any large shiny spots in the lustraloy finish and the pen has low handwear. The dimpled tassie is undented. The section has heavy microscratching but it looks like they're all from the cap. No chips, cracks, or major scratches.
