Nib MEDIUM hooded 14k gold nib is smooth and firm with good tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks, chips, dings, or dents. There's a little brassing on the very edges of the clip. There's a mark on the cap that goes all around it at the point the clip touches the surface. There is hand wear on the barrel and cap, but no serious scratches (the worst is near the imprint and can be seen in the photo below). The original jewel has been replaced by a reproduction. Above the normal imprint on the barrel there is an additional etched number, but we don't know its origin. The pen has been fully restored and it's working very well.
