Product Name Parker 75 Insignia I - Gold filled Cisele pattern. This first version of the P75 Insignia is identified by the metal info on the cap band. (Here's some more info on Lih-Tah Wong's wonderful Parker 75 site).
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- 1970-78 (in 1970 they changed to the dish tassie, so this pen is on or after that date).
Length 5-1/16 inches.
Filling System Takes Parker style cartridges or a converter. A working converter will be included. This takes cartridges or a converter.
Color This Insignia finish is 14k yellow gold filled in a grid pattern, with gold plated trim. This is the later version made in the US, with dish tassies.
Nib BROAD Parker 14k nib with a reference ring. Its smooth and somewhat firm, with excellent tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips, dings, dents, personalization. There is an area on the cap (see pic) where the plating is somewhat bumpy, we're not sure if this is wear or just poor metal work. Otherwise the pen iooks beautiful. We've cleaned and tested the pen and it's working well. It will include a working converter.
