Product Description
Type Fountain pen
Product Name Parco (marked on the barrel)
Manufacturer and Year Parker USA - circa 1932 (the Parco model was introduced in about 1932 began to be replaced slowly by the Parkette in 1933, however there is no date code marked into the barrel.)
Length 4-13/16
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac, and it's working well.
Color Green marbled with black finish, gold plated trim. Double cap bands, two near the lip of the cap and two above the clip.
Nib SEMI-FLEX MEDIUM 14k Parco nib. It's in great condition with nice tipping, and feels very smooth. Nice semi-flexibility to it.
Condition Excellent condition. There's some lighter scratching on the cap and barrel, and on the lever. The plating on these Parcos is rather thin, and the clip is somewhat worn, with much of the sliver colored base metal showing through (see photos), and there's a little brassing on the cap bands as well, though the plating is quite intact on the lever. The color looks great and there are no cracks, chips, or personalization on the pen, and the imprint is quite clear. It's restored and working well.
