Filling System Vacumatic plunger filling system has been restored here at Peyton Street Pens and is in working condition.
Color Green striped body with gold filled trim and black jewel-- good visibility thru the body.
Nib 14k medium nib with flex. The nib is made in Canada and dated 1946, so it must be a replacement nib. See writing sample below. Flexible nibs on Vacumatics are rather uncommon.
Condition Excellent condition. The pen's body is smooth and largely free from scratches and marks, though there are signs of very light use. The imprint is good and readable. The gold filled clips have tiny spots of brassing, as does the cap band. The black jewel has gouge marks. The cap has one band. This is a nice pen which should be a dependable writer for years to come.
