Product Name Vacuum-Fil (It's printed on the clip)
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer created the Vacuum-Fil sub-brand in the late 1930s.

Filling System Takes 1.1mm (or "thick") leads. Uses the traditional twist-method of extending leads. We'll include a small packed of extra leads.

Condition Very nice condition with scratches on the body of the pencil. There's plating wear on the ball of the clip (see photos) and on most of the cap band. It's working well and still looks quite nice.
It's engraved "P.E. 100 Club 1934, Richard Huffer" and the engraving is filled in with yellow, though the yellow is worn out in much of the imprint (see photos).
