Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer - 1949-50 (they introduced this white dot touchdown version in 1949, and tuckaways in general stopped showing up in Sheaffer catlogs in 1950).

Filling System The pen fills via a touchdown system. We have replaced the O-ring and ink sac and it is working well. We'll send instructions on the use of this filling system.
Color Green body with with stainless steel cap and gold plated trim.
Nib FINE conical Triumph, two-tone nib is 14k. It's in nice condition, with good tipping, and feels smooth on paper. Very firm. It has a nice "Waverley" upturn at the tip.
Condition Very nice condition. There are some small, fairly light scratches on the barrel, and some light scratching on the cap. There's just tiny bit of brassing on the lower edge of the clip (see photos). There's one small dent on the top of the cap. No cracks or personalization. It's restored and working well.
