You'll find two basic styles of Sheaffer pens in the 1920s-30s category -- the iconic torpedo shaped Balances, and the earlier flat-tops. The flat-top era features some lovely gold filled pens, all lever fillers. This is where you'll find the less common hard rubber Sheaffers, and you might even find a flexible nib or two. The Balance category is more extensive, running from the very desireable, great writing oversize Lifetime White Dot models down to petite pens that lack the White Dot.
