Manufacturer and Year Waterman, England -- 1940s, this is based off of the barrel, the nib is from France.

Filling System Lever filler (We have replaced the bladder and it works very well.)
Color Black. The trim is gold plated or filled.
Nib 18k Fine nib from France. It is a #3 nib that is firm and smooth.
Condition Very nice condition except for considerable plating wear. No cracks or chips or serious scratches. There is a recessed ring of wear on the barrel probably caused by posting the cap. It is like a ripple at the end of the pen. There is also a significant amount of brassing on the clip, cap band, and lever. The imprint is a bit worn but still legible. The imprint is very good. This pen writes very smoothly. The filling system is working well, and we'll guarantee it for a year.
