Color Black chased hard rubber with nickel plated trim. We think the cap band is probably a replacement.
Nib FLEXIBLE EXTRA FINE 14k "WATERMAN'S IDEAL New York" nib. See the writing sample below. The nib is very springy.
Condition Very Nice condition, with no cracks aside from a short crack in the cap lip which is covered by the band. There are several straight and deep scratches on the cap band, and some notches on the lever and clip. There is a line of discoloration delineated by the cap on the barrel. The imprints on the barrel are crisp and readable. There are some black tarnish like marks on the clip. Hardly any scratching on the barrel. The initials, "AH" are carved into the end of the pen. It works very well.
