Filling System It is a lever filler. A new sac has been installed. It's fully restored and working well.
Color Black hard rubber with 18k gold filled trim including a clip and a 5/32" cap band.
Nib Fine flexible gold nib. The Waterman's Ideal nib writes smoothly with good line variation from fine to broad. It offers very good line variation. Please see the writing sample below.
Condition Superior condition. The lever snaps firmly into place. The black hard rubber is slightly discolored. The cap and a lot of the barrel are a dark brown. The cap covered parts of the pen are a dark black. All three barrel imprints are clear and easily read. The trim has held up very well, much better than we usually see, with only a few spots of wear on the lever. There are a few marks on the cap.
