Product Name Skyline

Color Black barrel, 1/10 14k yellow gold filled lined cap, black derby. Amber viewing window.
Nib FINE 14k manifold nib has a hairline crack running down from the breather hole. Since this is a manifold nib and writes properly without any pressure, this crack will not worsen with normal usage, however we have discounted the pen to reflect the crack.
Condition Very nice condition. This is a pretty, short, tapered pen in shiny black with a lovely gold cap that has a pattern of concentric lines. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip. It has mostly light to moderate scratching but there are quite a few short marks at the end of the barrel. The lever has some plating wear along both sides. The cap edge has a splotch of plating wear over the end of the imprint which we think was probably caused by sometone testing the gold content. The gold lined area of the cap otherwise looks excellent. The clip has light scratching and some dots of pitting/plating wear at the end. The black derby has a few tiny, deep marks but it looks nice. The imprints are clear except for the one area of the cap band imprint that has plating wear.
