Product Description
Type Oversize fountain pen which fills via piston system.
Product Name Ogiva Vision (large, oversize). This pen was also made with rhodium trim, and as a cartridge/converter fill.
Manufacturer and Year Omas, Italy -- Relatively recent model, we're guessing early 2000s.
Length 5-3/4"
Filling System Piston system is employed by turning the knob on the end of the barrel. The piston works fine, and we cleaned and tested the filling system.
Color Transparent resin with gold plated trim. The clear resign has a faint yellow or amber tinge. Ribbed design (aka guilloche) running lengthwise. It has a black clip roller.
Nib 18k medium nib. There is a clear M on the side of the nib.
Condition Near mint condition with no cracks, chips, dents, dings, or plating wear. The pen comes in its original Omas box that is in perfect condition (it includes original paperwork). The clip and trim are lovely. You can see some dots and smears of glue down by the piston knob, as well as just above the cap band, but these were there when it left the factory. There are a few light marks on the section, just above the threads. The imprints are clear.
