Manufacturer and Year Parker, Canada - 1930s (the Parco model was introduced in about 1932, and began to be replaced slowly by the Parkette in 1933. There is no date code marked into the barrel.) Fun fact: the Parco was Parker's first lever-filler, introduced to compete with their corporate rival Sheaffer.

Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac, and it's working well.
Color Black with gold plated trim. Ridged clip. Two thin gold cap bands and two thin bands above the clip.

Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny and handome little pen. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light scratching. The cap has light to moderate scratching. The lever, thin bands, and clip all look very nice. The imprints are clear.
