Product Description
Type Fountain pen
Product Name Vacumatic Debutante, a slightly more upscale version of the small Vacumatic
Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA -- 1941 (there is an upside down "1" date code marking, but this is not particularly uncommon)
Length 4-5/8" Debutante size
Filling System Vacumatic filling system, restored here at Peyton Street Pens. This is the Speedline filler version.
Color Grey Pearl with silver trim. It has a black jewel at the end of the barrel and a green striped cap jewel.
Nib FINE 14k. It has good tipping. Two-tone nib which is correct for this model. Excellent condition.
Condition Excellent condition. The section, barrel, and cap have micro-scratching but the overall impression is good. No cracks or deep scratches. The short clip looks very good as does its blue diamond jewel. The cap jewel may be stained or it might be a replacement for the original grey striped jewel. The black jewel at the end of the barrel has a few scratches. The cap band looks very good. This is a very pretty little pen.
