Manufacturer and Year Parker - 1945 (The imprint on the barrel is very clear, and the number looks like "5" with three dots, so it's from the first quarter of 1945. We can't see the nib date code.

Filling System Vacumatic plunger filling system has been restored here at Peyton Street Pens and is in working condition.
Color Green striped bodies with gold filled trim-- good visibility thru the body.
Nib 14k fine nib. It looks brand new and writes smoothly
Condition The pen's body is smooth and largely free from scratches and marks, though there are signs of very light use. The imprint is good and readable. The gold filled clips are excellent with no brassing, as are the cap bands. The black jewel is excellent. The cap has one band. The nib was originally two-toned but some of the masking has worn off.
If there weren't a few bite marks on the blind cap, we'd have no problem calling this one
