Filling System Vacumatic plunger filling system has been restored here at Peyton Street Pens and is in excellent working condition. The bladder has been replaced and the pen has been tested. It has the late-era plastic plunger.
Color Laminated Black body and cap with gold plated trim. It has alternating black bands and semi-transparent amber bands. The cap has a black cap jewel and a chevron patterned cap band just over 1/8". It has a blue diamond clip.
Nib EXTRA FINE 14k nib has a bit of give and is a smooth writer. It has a date code of 5 with two dots. The feed has an A on it which indicates a non-standard feed.
Condition Excellent condition. The pen has normal handwear and very good barrel transparency. The end of the barrel is a little warped from posting and the clip and clip washer have small dings and light plating wear. The barrel imprint is easily read. The blind cap has a slight offset and does fit perfectly flush.
