Mid-era Parker Duofold Senior fountain pen from the late 1920s just before the streamline came out. It has a pair of narrow cap bands and is made of red, visually orange, permanite. It has a medium 14k Parker nib and is in very nice condition.

Product Name  Duofold Senior - The imprint on the body says "Geo. S. Parker Duofold Fountain Pen Lucky Curve Janesville, WIS  USA Pat 4-25-11"

Manufacturer and Year  Parker, USA -- Late 1920s.

Length  5-1/2"

Filling System  Button filler. A new sac has been installed and tested.

Color  Red (orange) permanite with gold plated trim and black end pieces. The cap band is the pair of narrow bands introduced in the late 1920s.

Nib  Medium gold Parker nib. It is large and unornamented.

Condition Very Nice condition. The lower cap band and the clip are quite brassed. The cap has a few smoothed out scratches and a nick between the cap bands. The barrel has a noticeable indentation at the capping line with a more subtle matching band where it posts. It has a few marks throughout, and a piece of the blind cap has broken off. The cap has been smoothed. The barrel imprint is a bit worn but still fully legible. Fully restored and guaranteed.

Domestic US Shipping Policy: For the most part, shipping to US addresses is free and is made via first class mail.

International Shipping PolicyInternational shipping is based on weight, and we give you a choice (depending on country) of first class, first class registered, priority mail or express delivery (only Express Mail provides true tracking). Internatonal shipments valued at over $40 come with free insurance, unless that service is not available for your specific country. Most of our customers opt for the very reasonably priced first class mail method, which can take anywhere from one to four weeks. We are happy to discuss alternatives to the options currently offered during the checkout process, so please contact us if you'd like a quote.

Most countries charge customs fees on shipments from the United States, but this is not something we can estimate and there is no way to pay these fees in advance.
