Product Name Sheaffer Admiral 500.. the non-snorkel fat version that looks like a Craftsman. This is one of the later Admirals, with the Feather Touch nib. See discussion here on Fountain Pen Board.

Filling System Lever filler, we've replaced the sac and it's working great!
Color Persian Blue body and cap with gold plated trim. Thin wire cap band.
Nib MEDIUM two tone #5 Feather Touch nib is marked 14k. It's on the finer side of medium, and firm but smooth.
Condition Excellent condition except for some rings of discoloration on the upper barrel - there are two light rings where the color has gone darker (see photos), but the rest of the color is beautiful. Hardly any plating wear. Just some light microscratching and hand wear on the barrel and cap. It's a beautiful piece, restored and working very well, with it's original sticker (see photos).
