Condition Very nice condition with no serious scratches. The pen is nicely shiny and smooth to the touch, with a good imprint. There are a few small marks here and there. There is some brassing on the ball of the clip, but the cap band is good.
This color was so fragile and prone to cracking, it's really hard to find a good example. This one has a great barrel with no cracks on the threads, but there are one or two cap lip cracks that extend to the cap band, and a few smaller ones that don't make it that far. This pen should not be posted, as posting is what caused the cracks. The cracks are very stable and the cap screws on tightly.
There was some personalization on the cap that has been removed with a dremel (Not by us! We do that job by hand) and so there's a flat area where the name was originally. It looks like they might have started to remove the Shefafer imprint, too, but didn't get very far.
