Sheaffer Lifetime junior length flat top fountain pen from the 1930s. This pen is black and pearl with a 1/8" band. Extra fine gold lifetime nib. Very nice condition, restored and working well.

Product Name  Sheaffer "Flat Top" (The nib and white dot indicate that the pen was a Lifetime model.)

Manufacturer and Year  Sheaffer, USA -- 1930s

Length  4-9/16"

Filling System  Lever filler, restored with a new sac and working perfectly.

Color  Smooth black and pearl marbled cap and barrel. The section is black. White dot in the top of the cap. 1/8" cap band. Trim is gold filled.

Nib  EXTRA FINE 14k Lifetime nib is large and writes well.

Condition  Very Nice condition with no cracks. The barrel is more ambered than the cap. Ambering is nearly impossible to avoid with this material. There are bite marks in the cap and dings in the cap band. The two deepest ones are photographed and there are fine scratches running lengthwise with those marks. The section has two marks as well. The imprint is clear. The trim has very little brassing. The pen is fully restored and working well, with no personalization.

Domestic US Shipping Policy: For the most part, shipping to US addresses is free and is made via first class mail.

International Shipping PolicyInternational shipping is based on weight, and we give you a choice (depending on country) of first class, first class registered, priority mail or express delivery (only Express Mail provides true tracking). Internatonal shipments valued at over $40 come with free insurance, unless that service is not available for your specific country. Most of our customers opt for the very reasonably priced first class mail method, which can take anywhere from one to four weeks. We are happy to discuss alternatives to the options currently offered during the checkout process, so please contact us if you'd like a quote.

Most countries charge customs fees on shipments from the United States, but this is not something we can estimate and there is no way to pay these fees in advance.
