Manufacturer and Year Henry C. Stephens, London, England, 1940s or 1950s. This company primarily made inks but starting in the 1940s through sometime in the 1950s the company contracted with other pen manufacturers to make pens. Most of their lever fill pens are darker marble colors. In that sense, this particular pen seems to be unique.
