Product Description
Type Fountain Pen
Product Name Duetto
Manufacturer and Year Stipula, Italy -- Early 2000s
Length 5-9/16"
Filling System Takes international cartridges and converters. A converter is installed.
Color "Montalcino Red", in a material that Stipula calls "Cellocride". There is a sort of lengthwise striping pattern that looks a bit like a peppermint stick, and lots of shimmer that varies when the pen is turned. Goldplated trim.
Nib FINE 18k two-tone nib.
Condition Excellent condition. There are some very fine cracks in the cap, near the cap lip. The cap ring should protect the cap from cracking further, but we strongly recommend taking special care and not dropping the cap. The nib collar looks great, no brassing or plating wear there. The barrel looks good, with just some light handwear. The imprint is clear.
Please note that the pen opens by unscrewing it mid-barrel to access the converter.
