Product Description
Type Pen Set
Product Name Parker 75
Manufacturer and Year Parker, France -- 1980 (the date code is QE and well within the years of production for this model.)
Length Fountain pen is 5-1/16" and ballpoint pen is 5".
Filling System The fountain pen takes Parker-style cartridges and converters. A Parker squeeze converter is installed. The ballpoint pen takes Parker-style ballpoint refills. A working black refill is installed.
Color It's a barleycorn pattern (Grain d'Orges) in gold plating with gold plated trim.
Nib BROAD 14k Parker nib. It's smooth and firm, with nice tipping. The feed is marked B. (Note that the nib is US made.)
Condition Excellent + condition. The fountain pen has some light scratching and plating wear on the clip, including a ding, and a little ding on the edge of the barrel just beneath the section. There are a few spots of plating wear on the cap of the ballpoint pen and on the cone. The pair overall looks great and ships in an era-appropriate Parker box (which is a little rusty on the metal parts).
