Product Description
Type Fountain pen with aerometric filing system
Product Name Parker Victory
Manufacturer and Year Parker, England -- 1953-1960s.
Length 5-3/8 inches
Filling System Aerometric squeeze filler like the later Parker 51s and the Parker 21s.
Color Green cap, barrel, and section with matching cap jewel. It has gold plated trim including a thin chevron cap band. It looks super blue in the photographs but is a deep and dark green with blue undertones in hand.
Nib Broad 14k nib. It is a bit springy. It looks like it has a slight left oblique in the photographs but we re-tuned it and it writes straight on now. It writes well and looks very nice. It is labeled 10 which means it's a nib that goes on a junior sized pen. Very smooth nib.
Condition Very Nice condition. There is a lot of handwear on this pen and a fair amount of brassing on the cap tassie and band. The clip is also a bit crooked and the imprint is very difficult to read. The main sign of wear on this pen is a thin hairline crack in the middle of the barrel. It is around half an inch long and is narrow and hard to notice.
