Product Name No Nonsense, this is one of the nicer "Old Timer" models which have gold plated trim and nib, and a small top piece the same color as the body of the pen. (They called this particular color Le Black. You can distinguish between this pen and the black "Vintage" No Nonsense by the fact that it is slightly longer by 1/16" from the regular No Nonsense pens. This increase in length is due to a small black piece that Sheaffer fitted to the top of the cap which effectively plugged the indentation and gave the pen its solid flat top. You can see a small line at the top of the cap, where this insert sits).

Filling System It takes Sheaffer cartridges or converters, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included converter.
Color Black with gold plated trim.
Nib SHADED ITALIC extra wide gold plated nib marked SH-4 known as a Shadow nib. It's a very unique nib which produces two lines, one wide and one thin. It is not good for normal writing, so if you'd prefer a normal fine or medium gold plated nib, let us know.
Condition Very nice condition. There are some scratches and marks on the cap and barrel as well as light plating wear on the trim, especially the lower edge of the cap band and the spots on the side of the ball fo the clip where you can see the silver metal underneath the platiing. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, and no personalization. It's working well.
