Product Description
Type Vintage pen which works beautifully and has a flexible nib.
Product Name Model 52 1/2 V (marked on the end of the pen barrel) - ring top
Manufacturer and Year Waterman - circa 1925
Length 4-1/2" including the ring top hardwear.
Filling System Lever filler (We have replaced the bladder and it works very well.)
Color Red ripple hard rubber with gold plated trim
Nib The nib is marked Waterman Reg US Pat Off (the number is not visible, but we're fairly certain it's a 2). It is nicely (but not quite fully) flexible with a good ink flow and a lot of tipping material. The line varies from F to double broad or a little more.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips. Only very light wear on the gold plated trim. The color is excellent, it's only barely visibly lighter where the cap does not cover. The imprints are not worn, they're still very legible. It's looking crisp and working beautifully.
