Filling System Takes Montblanc ballpoint refills, or Monteverde also makes a refill that fits Montblanc ballpoint pens. A medium blue refill is installed.
Color Coral red and deep brown with gold plated trim. The trim has a matte finish. The cap ring has a serial number SE2526/10.
Condition Excellent condition. This is a fat, colorful pen that features a replica of Ernest Hemingway's signature on the cap. The cap and barrel have light to some moderate wear. The gold trim on the cone has brassing and some dots of pitting. The dark section of the cone has some scratching and wear. The clip has plating wear around the open end and on the "shoulders" at the top of the clip, and there is brassing on the clip ring. The rings around the barrel look nice. The top of the cap, including the white Montblanc emblem, has some scratches and surface marks. The imprints are clear. Also included are the booklet and warranty card that originally came with the pen, but NOT the original box.
