Product Name 45 Flighter with chrome trim.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in England. This version of the flighter started in the mid-1960s and was replaced a few years later by a model with a silver tail cap. There is no date code, which is to be expected since date codes were introduced on English pens in 1980.
Length 5-3/8".
Filling System Fountain pen takes Parker cartridges or you can fill it using bottled ink and a converter. We will include one cartridge.
Color Brushed steel barrel and cap with chrome plated trim and a black plastic section and end piece.
Nib MEDIUM 14k gold nib, like new and smooth. The nib feed is marked "M".
Condition Very nice condition for this shiny, classy pen. The cap and barrel have light to moderate scratching, including some long thin scratch lines. The black tail has bite marks. The section has moderate scratching and a noticeable bulge. The clip looks great. The tassie has some plating wear. The trim ring is loose when the section is removed for filling. No cracks, dents, dings, or chips. The imprints are clear.
