Product Name Platinum 3776 Urushi Maki-E collection. This appears to be an older 3776 model with an ebonite feed, older cap band design, and metal bushing in the barrel opening. It does NOT have the slip-n-seal cap.

Filling System Platinum cartridge or converter fill. The pen is fitted with a converter.
Color Red and Black with scattered touches of green. The technique used here seems to be that multiple colors of urushi were built up in an irregular fasion, and then sanded down to a smooth surface, revealing the layers of color.
Nib Fine 18k gold nib.
Condition Near Mint in box, perfect, no wear. The pen has never been inked. The initials "E. M. W." are very subtly engraved on the underside of the section. In original softwood box, with outer mulberry paper box, and paperwork.
