Product Name "Lifetime" .... this was the cartridge equivalent of the Imperial IV. In 1963, to celebrate their 50th anniversary, Sheaffer renamed some of the white dot Imperial models "Lifetime." That word is on the nib, clip and impressed in the plastic on both the cap and the barrel.

Filling System Takes Sheaffer cartridges, or the hard to find button converters. Sheaffer squeeze converter and the piston converter do not fit. We have installed a button converter.
Color Black with gold plated cap and trim.
Nib MEDIUM 14k inlaid nib.
Condition Excellent condition. There is light to moderate scratching on the cap and barrel, so it's not super shiny. The clip has lots of small scratches on the face. The white dot looks good. The cap band has scratching and touches of brassing on the edges. The barrel has moderate scratching all over. The imprints are clear.
