Filling System Conklin crescent filling system. There's a band that you can spin beneath the crescent on the barrel to prevent the crescent from being pushed and compressing the sac when you're traveling with it.
Color Yellow with black lines and markings, acrylic pen with gold plated trim. The 3/8" cap band has Mark Twain's signature etched on it.
Nib FINE steel two-toned nib. It's not marked, but it looks like a fine.
Condition Near mint condition, in box, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a uniquely colored, shiny commemorative pen. The cap and barrel have light microscratching. The crescent has a bit of plating wear along the top edge. The clip has a few small dots of plating wear. The wide cap band has a tad of plating wear around the Mark Twain signature. The imprint is clear.
