Color Marbled black and pearl with gold plated trim. Flat black ends on both the cap and barrel. Two cap bands, each about 1/16" wide. Diamond clip.
Nib Medium stub flexible Conway Stewart "3N" 14k nib. Yes, this nib has a lot going on! Soft and flexible, but with the stub character you hardly need to flex it to get line variation and give your handwriting some flair. See our writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a small pen in a classic design and color scheme. The cap and barrel have light to moderate wear, and is very smooth. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and some moderate scratching toward the end. The material looks quite nice - the pearly parts still retain some of their luster, and they're still more ivory colored and not too yellowed or ambered. The section looks good. The cap bands have scratching and some touches of brassing along the edges. The clip has scratching and brassing, and the clip ring is brassed. The imprint is slightly faded, but still easily readable.
