Color Black with red finials and sterling silver furniture. The cap is topped off with a sterling disk, resembling the Bombe machine's drum and has the 26 letters of the alphabet etched into the surface. The disk rotates like the actual drum. NOTE: the disk is held on very lightly, and you should take special care to not shake it loose and lose it.
Nib Medium two-toned 18k nib. It is marked "M".
Condition Near mint condition, in box, with paperwork. No cracks, chips, dents, dings, or scratches. The end of the "Victory" imprint on the cap band is a little off - the oxidation has come out of the last few letters; there's no damage to the surrounding silver. This is a gorgeous, over-sized limited edition pen. The gift box is in perfect condition. Other than what's been previously mentioned, the imprints are clear. Only 211 of these pens were made, symbolizing the 211 Bombe machines built during the war. The barrel end also unscrews to reveal a secret compartment, enough to hold a message to yourself or a loved one.
