Filling System Piston filler. We restored it with new seals and it works well. The piston moves freely.
Color Red V-line pattern. It looks like a herringbone pattern. It is made of red celluloid and has gold colored trim.
Nib Semi-flexible fine 14k Conklin Cushon Point nib. The tines spread just enough to write with subtle line variation. See the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. There is light to moderate scratching on the cap and barrel. Two small cracks in the cap lip, which do not extend beyond the cap band. The cap lip is rough with a few small chips. The barrel transparency is really fantastic. The trim has some wear, with brassing on the edges of both clip and cap band. Strong imprints throughout.
