Manufacturer and Year Delta, Italy -- Between 2012 and 2016. The first Blue Moon came out in 2012 so we know it came out after then.
Length 5-11/16" and really fat
Filling System Piston filling system. The knob makes a clicking noise when the piston seal reaches the top to inform users that it is fully retracted.
Color Red/Blue/Yellow swirly resin, each rod unique, sterling cap band and rhodium plated trim.
Nib MEDIUM 14k Delta nib with silver colored masking. It writes smoothly.
Condition Near mint with some light handwear but no scratches or cracks. The sterling band has some tarnish. The viewing window is unstained. The imprints are very clear. In Delta box with all paperwork but not the ink bottle.
