Filling System This is a cartridge or converter filler. They also made this pen as a piston filler and a lever filler, as far as we know.
Color. Body and cap are hand turned in red pearled precious resin. The trim is sterling silver. The ring on the body is engraved with scenes of horse-drawn chariots, and the cap band shows helmets. On the top of the cap is a replica Roman coin showing Caesar's image. The box contains a 4-1/4" x 7" slim plexi-glass platform holder that has a clear limited edition medallion and a replica Roman Coin with Caesar's head. The pen is in a velveteen pen holder.

Condition. Near mint condition, in box, with paperwork and with plexi-glass pen platform with commemorative embedded emblems. This pen has been previously inked. This is an over-sized, shiny, beautifully colored red pen with ornately raised sterling silver Roman iconographic 3/8" cap band and 3/4" barrel end band. The cap and barrel have light signs of usage. The two sterling silver bands look fantastic. The clip band has a scratch or imperfection to the right of the number imprint. The top Julius Caesar emblem is excellent. The box has some scratches, chipping, and peeling. All imprints are clear.
