Type Limited edition ballpoint/rollerball pen, #676 of 999. The label suggests that Delta called this both a ballpoint and a rollerball, probably because it operates like a ballpoint but takes rollerball-style refills.

Filling System The pen takes Delta "ballpoint" refills which are in fact the same as Schmidt short capless gel refills. A working refill will be included.
Color Body is hand turned in red pearled precious resin. The cap and trim are sterling silver. The bands have etching of Roman imagery.
Condition Very nice condition, in tan leather box, with outer box (serial number on the outer box does not match the pen) with informational booklet. This is a heavy, ornate, highly evocative pen in a beautiful design and color/material combination. The red precious resign looks excellent. It is shiny and beautiful. There is a short hairline crack coming up the barrel from the wide silver band near the cone, which is very difficult to see (see final photo below). We have priced the pen with this in mind. The area just above the clip has some surface marks. The two silver bands with etchings look excellent. The silver cap has microscratching. The clip is lovely. All imprints and hallmarks are clear (see photos).
