Product Name Unknown ... the clip is labelled "Safety" and it says "Eclipse" on the lever. The chasing matches perfectly.
Manufacturer and Year Unknown maker but possibly Eclipse or whoever made Eclipse. 1920s.

Filling System Lever filler, restored with a new sac.
Color Black chased hard rubber, excellent dark color.
Nib FLEXIBLE MEDIUM. 14k Warranted nib in very nice condition, with some tipping material. Very smooth and nice to write with, despite the wear. See writing sample for a sense of the flex, the line variation come with only a small amount of pressure, but you don't get much more variation than medium to broad.
Condition Gorgeous, probably very much like new. No cracks or chips. Dark color, crisp chasing.
