Manufacturer and Year Esterbrook, made in USA – circa 1950s.
Length 5-1/16".
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black with chrome trim.
Nib #2048 "Falcon" Flexible Fine Nib. It's in nice condition, fairly smooth. Please note that we only consider these to be semi-flex, though they are generally sought after for their flex.
Condition Very nice condition. There's some scratching on the cap and barrel as well as a few small tooth marks on the cap. There's a tiny chip out of the cap jewel, and the cap plastic looks like it might have shrunk just a bit (it screws on well, but the very top looks a little contracted). The clip is just slightly bent away from the cap (see the final photo below). There's just light wear on the trim, no brassing. No cracks, dings, dents, or personalization. The imprint is fairly crisp and clear and the pen is fully restored, working well.
