Nib #9048 flexible fine "Shaded Writing" steel nib, though its pretty much an extra fine. It's in nice condition with just some light marks on the top of it which don't affect the writing. Nice tipping. The flex Esterbrook refers to is really more like semi-flex by any true flexible standard, but the nib is uncommon and desirable nonetheless.
Condition Excellent condition. It's just got some light microscratching and handwear. The pen is still very shiny and beautiful, with no cracks, chips, or deep scratches, or even real plating wear to be found. Beautiful, fully restored and working well.
