Filling System Takes international short cartridges. The barrel is much too short for any converters or long cartridges. The box has a a pair of unused Piper ink cartridges in it. One is Royal Blue and the other is Black. Piper is a refill brand under the Franklin-Christoph umbrella. Piper Royal Blue is the same color as Franklin-Christoph Blue 72. Piper Black is the same color as Franklin-Christoph Classic Black
Color "Solid Emerald" is a translucent dark green. This is a non-clip version so while the filial does come off, there is no notch for screwing in a clip.
Nib Broad Italic JoWo #5 steel nib is ground by Mike Masuyama.
Condition Near Mint condition. The pen has light handwear but no staining, scratches, or posting marks. The pen ships in the older Franklin-Christoph box with Masuyama chop and pair of black and blue ink cartridges. It's a good model for eyedroppering.
