Product Description
Type | Vintage ring top fountain pen in excellent working condition |
Product Name | Unknown |
Manufacturer and Year | Good Service Pen Co., Chicago - 1930s or 1940s. This was a Sears Roebuck brand, sold in their stores. |
Length | 4-5/16" |
Filling System | Lever filler - working perfectly with a new sac |
Color | Striking dark red with black end pieces. Gold colored trim. |
Nib | The pen was missing a usable nib when we acquired it, so we fitted it with a new old stock 1950s 14k Eversharp semi-flex fine nib. |
Condition | Excellent condition with only a few light scratches and hand wear. The trim on these 3rd tier combo pens is often thin, and this pen is no exception. Still, there is less than average brassing and scratches, and overall the pen presents a very attractive appearance. |
