For a more detailed discussion of the design and the company, please see Richard Binder's reference page.

Nib FINE two tone modern Genius "IPG" nib is a replacement. It is smooth with good tipping material, but somewhat worn masking.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, personalization, or major scratches. There is some plating wear on the sides of the clip but just barely so. There are a few small marks and scratches on the cap, and and a fair amount of scratches on the barrel from the cap threads. The imprint on the top of the cap is beautifully crisp (It reads "Guaranteed Chas. H. Ingersoll Newark M.J.). The pen has been fully restored and it's working very well.
