Length 5-9/16 inches capped. It's fairly thick and heavy.
Filling System Cartridge/converter. Converter installed.
Color Gold plated with a barleycorn pattern. Black section, end piece of barrel and top of cap. Cap band has a Celtic knot pattern.
Nib FLEXIBLE 18k two-tone nib. Please see writing sample. Soft feeling with good line variation.
Condition Near mint condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a large, heavy, elegant fountain that shimmers and glitters when the pen is twirled. The cap and barrel with the lined pattern look beautiful. The plain gold plating above the barrel and below the barrel pattern have a few small blotches of plating wear. The cap band looks nice with just a few splotches of plating wear here and there on the smooth gold surfaces. The clip and clip ring are lovely. The imprints is clear.
