Nib MEDIUM FLEXIBLE John Holland CIN.O gold nib. It looks like a medium, but you get line variation from fine to broad or double-broad. See writing sample. NOTE: there are two cracks on the nib that you can see in the close-up photos of the nib (one coming down from the breather hole, one coming up from the section). With normal use this should not be problematic, but if you push the flex to the max, it could increase the severity of these cracks.
Condition Very nice condition for this pretty, shiny grey marbled pen that is shiny and that has pearlescence in the marbling. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and moderate wear with a number of long, thin scratches and with the heavier scratching toward the end of the barrel. The lever has moderate microscratching with plating wear along the outside edges. The cap has wear with a number of deeper scratches. The cap band has moderate microscratching. The clip has plating wear along the bottom edge and pitting on the top edges. The white tulip looks nice. The clear viewing area has ink stains. The imprint is clear.
